MY PERSONAL INTRODUCTION

You have just started reading this writing – essay written by an ordinary second-year girl. Her name is Lenka Štípalová and … that is me. My purpose is to introduce myself to you with all my open heart and sincere feelings so that you can get the best image of me. In the following sentences you will be able to read about my hobbies, I am going to describe my character and I am going to reveal the biggest love of my life.

I don’t think that I have many hobbies. This question is always a little bit uncomfortable for me. I don’t get on very well with sport for example. The only things in my life I like are table tennis and roller skating. I used to play “ping-pong” at primary school. I simply loved it and it was the only sport I have ever truly liked. Roller-skating has attracted me and I still use it as a perfect means of transport and I always have a great time.
Another big hobby is reading. I read a lot. This can be easily proved by the number of read books I am reaching to. It is nearing four hundred and a half. It is not many but some of my classmates told me they have read four books in their lives so I consider it enough. I like romantic books, sci-fi books, fantasy, and I also love the moments I can laugh lying on the bed while reading any nice book.
I promised to speak about my character. I need to say that I am really sensitive. This is the main characteristic of myself. I am able to start weeping amongst the whole class if something depresses me. However, all this sensitivity also means the fact that I tend to the people who I like and I mind their feelings.
I wish I had many friends. I think friends are important in my life. I can’t be friendless and I need to be some sort of support for them if they need me. People say I am responsible, smiling every time and nice to other people but there are times in my life I doubt about it. I still need to achieve many things and survive many situations to become a person like that.
And here it is. My biggest ever love in my life. English language. I can’t help myself. I’ve loved it since I was six years old and I had the first ever English lesson. I had a wonderful teacher who taught me how to love this language. She caused that I admire English and I want to be very good at it. I am afraid that I am making too many mistakes but I am trying to improve a lot. Maybe in the future I will be better.

I have mentioned every little thing that means a lot in my life. You can find here my feelings and my thoughts and I hope that I fulfilled my intention. Now you know me. Even if this was a precise description, however, the best way of introduction would be to speak with people. I would be glad to have more friends so… I am just waiting for a talk.
